Refund and Return Policy

At Realisticmask.store, operated by ECOM POLO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your product.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, custom-made items or products intended for personal use cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@realisticmask.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@realisticmask.store.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, send us an email at contact@realisticmask.store for further instructions.
